Creating a Workbook

To Create a workbook you'll need to View the Client using the three dot menu from the Clients page. Once on the screen shown above, click the + New Course button in the top right corner.
The resulting window will provide a 3-step wizard where you can create the course.

Overview
On the overview screen you'll be able to specify the title for the workshop and the date it will be held on. The Title is used in the agenda, and the list of courses associated with the clients, and the Date is used to help assemble the schedule. You can specify a date range if for example the course spans a couple of days.
Once you've entered all the relevant details, click the Next button.
Wireframe
On the next screen you'll see an empty wireframe screen as shown below.

The button in the top right corner of the wireframe will give you lots of options for things that can be added to the workbook. These options are configured in the Types configuration page. Selecting any of the options will add a row into the wireframe.

Each option will look similar and contain a number of common elements. Specifically a duration and a description. If you've selected a module, then an additional drop down select box which contains all of the current modules in the platform. Selecting a module here, will insert the file associated with the module at this point in the agenda. You can also add additional workbook elements to this part of the agenda using the folder icon next to the course modules drop down.

You can change the duration of this element in the workbook either using the pre-determined durations or by specifying a specific time in minutes.
The two horizontal bars on the right hand side of the workbook element will allow you to drag and drop to reorder each element. When you reorder the elements it'll automatically adjust the start and end times for the for each agenda item.
If you need to remove an item from the agenda, click on the trash can button.
When you have created all the elements you need, click Next to see a summary of the course.
Summary
On the final screen you'll see a summary of the agenda you've created.

This list shows the time and activity you've allocated. If you've forgotten to select a module then you'll see a red warning and at this point you can click Previous and correct the problem.
Assuming everything looks okay, click Save to generate the workbook.
Downloading or Editing the Course
For courses that you've created you'll be able to use the three dot menu to Edit, or Delete the course.

Clicking on either the Agenda or Download options will either download just the agenda for the course, or the entire workbook. Both files will be based on the wireframe that you've specified.
